The College has the Provost of the Institution as its Academic Head. The Institution is divided into various schools with each school reflecting related discipline in Technology, Vocation, Education and Sciences. And the Head of each school is a Dean. The Head of Department are responsible to the Deans and other lecturers are under the supervision of their Head of Departments.

At present, the College has four schools, these are; School of Technology, School of Vocation, School of Education and School of Science. There is an Academic Board which takes charge of all academic maters in the Institution. The Provost is the Chairman, and all the Deans of various schools and Heads of Department are members. The College Registrar is the Secretary to the Board.

The College also has the Directorates of Academic Programme and consultancy services.
